Just one call and we will manage the process from start to finish, delivering to you the complete Home Information Pack and Energy Performance Certificate. As from 6th April 2009 a Home Information Pack including the following documents must have been produced before a property can be marketed: • Home Information Pack Index • Energy Performance Certificate • Sale Statement • Evidence of Title (For Registered Estates) • Official Search of the Index Map (For Unregistered Estates) • Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ).

The Local HIP Company only operates in Watford, Three Rivers and surrounding areas. The client will always deal with the same person who produces the EPC and compiles the HIP.
